Xtend Barre® Carmel Valley is the most effective barre workout and the most efficient way to create a strong and healthy body at any age. The Xtend Barre method is simple. We teach a multi-level class geared to challenge bodies of any age, gender, or fitness background. We offer exercises that can be modified for beginners, prenatal clients or clients with injuries, but that can also be amplified for advanced clients that are looking for an extreme challenge. If you're tired of going to the gym and never seeing the desired results, try something new! We aim to burn between 500-700 calories per class (as much as you'd burn in a cardio class), while providing your resistance training. First class is always free for new clients (with San Diego id).
